The diagram shows the process needed to produce bricks to be used in an construction industry. The overall procedure is focusing on taking raw materials to the various method to manufacture the ingredients.
First, a crane is used to dig out a raw clay from the soil. The clay is then put onto a mental grid to seperate sand and water. The end results from the previous procedure either casted into a mould or cut by a wire cutter.
After a clay turned into a shape of a group of bricks, it is then dried by a drying oven for roughly 24-48 hours, . Afterward, the product is moved into kilns, one with moderate heat, while another has high temeperatures. Follwing the heating process, bricks are then cool down in a cooling chamber for 48-72 hours. What follows laslty are packaging and delivery.
