The diagram shows the stages that should be successfully accomplished to get a driving license in Uzbekistan. The process starts when a person who wants to obtain a driving license visits the centre and fills up the form. After that, the first exam is conducted in order to check his/her visual ability. If they pass the exam, they will continue to take the further exams, but if they fail, they are completely terminated. Before starting the other two exams, the payment should be made by the candidate. Once it has been done, the candidate is asked to sit the written exam. If they score the passing mark, they take the road exam, after which they are given the license if they succeed at it. However, if candidates fail the written examination, they are given two chances to retake it, and if they fail them in a row, they are required to remake the payment. This is also true of the road exam, but this is only taken once. Clearly, there are three key exams that can be retaken if the amateur driver has failed them, but this is an exception for the eyesight test, which can only be done once. Moreover, the candidate is given more chances in the written exam than the road exam.
