Generally, there are seven stages in the process started at the dig and finish at the delivery.
The clay is dug up by digger and then place it onto metal grid for break up the clay into smaller pieces with assistance of roller.
Next, There are blended of sand and water turned it into bricks by either placing it into a mould or using a wire cutter
After that, The bricks are placed in an over for drying at least 24 hours up to 48 hours.
Then the bricks are move to the heating and cooling process.
They are heated in a kiln for moderatre and higher temparture( between 200c to 1300c), followed by cooling for another 2-3 days.
