Given are three maps of West park secondary school illustrating the difference between 1950, 1980 and 2010. Overall, the given area witness dramatic changes over the surveyed time, in which the most outstanding feature is the improvement and development of infrastructure. At the first glance, main road, school and playground were still in its original place. In 1980, school became the main building in this school. Houses was knocked down and replaced by a car park and science block. Moreover, farmland was eliminated completely and relocated by a sports field. Turning to third picture, science block as well as sports court were still remained during 30 years. In addition, sports court and playground was narrowed while car park was enlarged significantly in 2010.
