The given diagram illustrates all the required stages for the operation of producing carbonated drinks.
The process consists mainly of five different stages known as water cleaning, heating evaporation and carbonation, mixing, filtering and filling and finally packaging.
In the factory responsible for carbonated drinks production, stage one also known as water cleaning starts where raw water gets filtered then enter a water softener machine and eventually have some chemicals added to it. Afterwards, stage two or heating, evaporation and carbonation step occur where the clean water enters a pump then get heated via electric heaters and subsequently cooled by adding carbon dioxide. Moreover the mixture is fed into a mixing tank to prepare it for phase 3. In this stage different kinds of colourings, syrups and flavours are combined with the water mixture.
After that, stage 4 is initiated where the mixture from the mixing tank gets filtered and filled in various bottles and cans. At last, the process is concluded with stage 5 that concerns packaging the carbonated drinks and transfering them to the supermarkets.
