The diagram explains theway in which bricks are produced for the building industry.
Overall, the process consists of seven stages, beginning with digging clay and ending up with the brick’s delivery.
First of all, clay is bieng diged to be collected (to serve as )and transported to the next stage where the mass is passing throught a metal grid and then being transferred by a special roller on the factury. Meanwhile, water are added to sand. Next, two options are represented here ethier the product is cut by wire cutter to become a brick or using a mould to form it.
In the next stage bricks are being dryed in an oven within the time period form 24 to 48 hours. Following this, bricks undergo 3 steps process where the material is heated to a moderate temperature in range of 200-980 C. Then, the temperature is rised to the high scale estimated from 870 to 1300C. Subsequently, bricks are cooling down in a cooling chamber between 48 and 72 hours.
After that, the material are being packed as sqear blocks, and finally, the products are ready to use and undergo the delivery service.
