However, the data of local fixed-line always doubled the figure of national and overseas landline groups, and mobiles categories had the smallest number of telephone calls. In 1999, local landline quantity hit the peak with 90 billion minutes followed by 50 billion and 25 billion minutes of national and overseas group and mobiles group, respectively.
During the next three years, from 2000 to 2002, the trend of the local fixed-line changed. The figure of its decreased and stayed at the same figure of its in 1995 in the last year of surveyed period, 73 billion minutes. Meanwhile, the other groups still remained their trend. At the same rate in five years before, the figure of national and international landline group grow up to 60 billion while the mobiles category had a quicker rate but just reeked 46 billion minutes in 2002.
