The diagram describes the procedure of salvaging used glass bottles.
Generally, there are three main stages in the process of resuing wasted bottles, beginning with collecting point and ending with newly recycled products ready for sale in the supermarket.
To begin with, used glass bottles are collected and loaded on trucks and transported to recycling mill. After being gathered, they use high-pressure water for outside extraction, the cleaned bottles are then divided into three different categories, namely clear, green and brown respectively. In the next step, the bottles are taken to glass factory where they are crushed into glass pieces. Having been burning in furnace with high-temperture roughly 600 to 800 degrees, the glass turns to be recycled liquid glass- new liquid glass.
At the following stage, the glass bottles have been fused, they are then shaped into glass mould and they become a new products. Finally, recycled glass bottles are then distributed back to supermarket where they are ready for sale, thereby continuing the process.
