The diagram represents the production process of ethanol fuel from corn, including all the operation, transportation and needed steps through which the fuel is extracted. Overall, process consist of multiple processes including storage, fermentation, separation and then purification. Fermentation is the most critical and longest process of whole cycle, followed by purification and then storage and atlast transportation. The process initiates with storing of corn, then milling in which it is crushed, followed by cooking for 4 hours which requires addition of water. Afterwards, taken for fermentation which took a time of 48 hours, After fermentation is completed its time for separation of Liquid and solid by-products of the solution. The liquid is now ready for purification which almost takes upto 5hours and now the pure ethanol liquid is stored in compact and suitable places from where it will be dispatched to different location as pe required.
