Contained in the map provided is data pertaining to the changes which took place in Frenton over a 22-year period, starting in 1990. A glimpse at this infographic reveals that the café and park have been transformed into a hotel and golf course, which has resulted in a greater level of commercial edifice. Beginning with the west half of the municipality, regarding the playing fields with trees, they were demolished to make way for blocks of flats. As far as the school and library were concerned, they were left in their original conditions. In reference to the hospital and the trees, while the former was expanded, the latter were converted into a technopark. Moreover, there was a replacement of the bank with the restaurant. Turning to the east portion of the metropolitan area, in connection with the café and park, the hotel and golf course in 2012 then stood in their steads. With respect to the theatre and the shops, they were remodeled into the cinema and the supermarket. In terms of the houses, the blocks of flats were erected in their former location while other flats were constructed next to them. A final noteworthy feature is that the high street continued to divide the city into two parts.
