The two plans, A and B, depict the renovation of a health center in two years 2005 and the present. Over the time period given, the health center has undergone significant modifications. To satisfy the demand, the center has been clearly expanded and its layout has been altered. In 2005, the main entrance was in front of the health center, and there were 12 parking spaces outside. Consultation counter along the hallway, which was accessible from the main door. A reception desk was located at the end of the hallway. On the left of the desk, there was an office and a consultation room, and on the right, there were two more consultation rooms. Behind the desk, a physiotherapy room was constructed. In the present day, the center's layout has been changed. The main entrance, which includes a reception desk and a play area for children, is now located in the left corner of the center. There is a huge common area in the center of the building with benches along the wall. The common area now has all of the original rooms as well as a newly added room known as the minor operations room. The car park was expanded by 30 spots.
