The picture illustrates the working of a home smokery to get food by using fresh air and logs Overall, it is clearly seen that this process contain three simple crucial stages, in which air plays vital role for getting final outcome such as baked fish and meat. To begin with, first two stages are taken place below the ground level. In first part, fresh air pass through lid of the first chamber. This air is used for the ignition of logs put through lid of the middle chamber, where logs are burned out for generation of hot air. The pipe play imperative role to transfer this hot air from underground to ground level. Final stage has a box connected with the pipe to get hot air for making baked food at ground level. In that stage the food namely fish and meat are baked for few time untill it is ready to eat.
