The diagram above illustrates how chocolate is produced. To begin with, Cacao is mainly produced in America, Africa and Indonesia. Their pods are ripe and red which makes it easy for us to recognize. Pods are then harvested which helps the white cocoa beans to form. As can be seen, the beans are being brewed and parched. Next, it is transfered to the factory using a train or lorry. Straightaway, the beans are placed on a tray and roasted. Afterwards, they are compressed in order to remove the outer shell. Finally with the help of a grinder, liquid chocolate is manufacted.
