The given graph gives an overview of changes in approximation of netizens in all around the world over a period of seven years from 1995 to 2002, while the pie chart illustrates their nationality in 2003. The units are represented by millions and percentages. Overall, it can be seen that the proportion of people who use internet dramatically and among the online users, the USA and Canada was the highest compared to Middle East at the least. In terms of estimated rate of cybercitizen, it stood at 26 m at the first of the period, 1995 and it increased to 195 m noticeably after 4 years, 1999. Nevertheless, there was a gradual amount in online servers with 451m in 2000. Furthermore, it went up constantly and reached a peak with 580 m at the end of the period, 2002. In relation to cyber consumers, the American and Canadian used the most online with nearly a half of the total with 53%. In addition, the second-highest proportion was taken by the European with totally of 24%, and then followed by the Asian and Pacific with 15%. On the contrary, the fraction of digital population from Middle East was merely 1%.
