Overall, the cutting down of trees has been accompanied by the repurposing of the old cinema. In 2002, the northwest corner of the area was covered by a group of trees. However, today, they have been replaced by new apartments. The shopping center in the north has been unchanged in the period. Currently, a software company has been built as a replacement for the factory.
