Overall, most of the customers rated the hotel's customer service as satisfactory in 2005 whereas a majority of them rated the service as good in the year 2010. 5% of customers rated the hotel's services as excellent in 2005. This figure increased by more than five times to 28% in the year 2010. In addition to this, in the year 2010, 39% of people who filled the questionnaire rated the hotel's customer help to be good as compared to only 14% in 2005. 45% of people rated the customer help as satisfactory in 2005. This rating fell to 17% in 2010. In 2005, the customer services were rated as poor and very poor by 21% and 15% of survey takers, and the values of both the ratings decreased to 12% and 4% respectively in 2010.
