The consumption of sodium in each meal is 14% in both breakfast and snacks, 29% in lunch and, 43% in dinner. While, the intake of saturated fat in breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are 16%, 26%, 37% and 21% respectively. And, for sugar, the intake in breakfast is 16%, lunch is 19%, dinner is 23% and in snacks it is 42%.
It can be noted, that the highest consumptions of nutrients are done in the dinner. Where the intake value of sodium is 43% and saturated fat is 37%. But, sugar is mostly consumed in the snacks with a value of 42%.
