The two pie charts illustrate the percentile of expenses, done by local authorities on 8 different sectors in 2010 and 2015. At a glance, it can be noticed that only welfare sector and interest on borrowing observed an increament in the investment of money over the time-period. It is manifested that just under a quarter of money was spent on schooling by local ministry in initial year which reduced to 21% in last year. Further, the similar proportion of expenses were witnessed for government pension (19%) in both the years. Furthermore, in 2010, the expenditure for medical services accounted for precisely 21% whereas it dwindled by a small fraction of money in 2015.
