At a glance, it can be noticed that only welfare sector and interest on borrowing observed an increament in the investment of money over the time-period. It is manifested that just under a quarter of money was spent on schooling by local ministry in initial year which reduced to 21% in last year. Further, the similar proportion of expenses were witnessed for government pension (19%) in both the years.
