The line chart illustrates the correlation between age and the percentage of crime, while the pie chart provides the infomation about the amount of offenders in the UK in 2002. At the first glance, it is clear that individuals who were from 16 to 24 had higher rates compared to their younger or older. At the same time, violent crime accounted for nearly a half of proportion. According to the chart, there were no cases of criminal recorded in children from 0 to 8. Afterwards, the number of citizens who commit an offence in the age of 12 were approximate 10%, while the rate for teenagers aged 16 increased significantly to 70%. Furthermore, when human were 20 years old, it reached a peak at 80% and decresed substantially to 20% in 28 aged. Otherwise, remaining a steady reduce between 32 and 64, the ratio finally became lower than 10%. As is presented in the pie chart, in comparison to four divided category, violent offenders had the highest rate which occupied more than two-fifths. In addition, the second and the third largest proportions were those who commit property and drug at 23% and 22% respectively. Meanwhile, public order crime had the smallest point with less than one in ten percent. This is the end of my report.
