All along the year, it is clear that, there is an opposite realtionship between the rate of non-working people in slums and those in developed regions. For illustration, at the first three months of 2012, the percentage in developing regions was at a decreasing trend; while non-hired labor in the civilized places shows a growing percent. It is worth noting that. the non working employees in poor areas were at their least percent from April to June. On the other hand, those unemployed labor faced the highest peak during the same period. Similarly, those not working in rural areas were at the highest percentages from January to March. Those not in the labor market in richer areas are the least in the first period of 2012. It is quite interesting to find that the declining or rising amount in both areas are turning to be almost equal or near each other during the last period of the year. This reflects that the Australian government is working on providing equal amount of opportunites without any kind of discrimination. Accordingly, the best unemployemt rates in both places can be considered in the last months of the year.
