The bar chart indicates the proportion of successful films in different genres and sales of tickets in two years with the difference of the decade in 1996 and 2006. Overall, the percentage of films shown to the public incresed significantly in three genres, except romance, while the proportion of tickets sold in cinemas experienced rise in drama, comedy and fantasy, however declined in romance genre. The percentage of released movies which contain drama plot rose in 10 % throughout the decade. Comedy films also became more popular among film makers with increasing on 5% from 20% till 25%, almost the same trend can be observed in fantasy genre.
