The given first bar chart illustrates the information about the percentage of people owning a computer of 8 years starting from 2002 and the second one represents the rate of owner on the basis of their academic level in the year 2002 and 2010. Overall, the percentage of computer ownership is increasing slowly from the initial phase whereas the percentage of people with no high school diploma is low and students with postgraduate is high in both years. To commence with, the percentage of people with computer was around 55% which started to rise up slowly and steadily. In the year 2004, the ownership of computers reaches to 60% which shows 5% of change just in two years. Interestingly, it is seen that in every span of two years the rate of individual increases by 5%. Again in 2006 and 2008 it went to 65 and 70% which shows 5% change in each year. By the end of 2010, the percentage of people owing computer hit nearly about 75%. On the other hand, second bar chart illustrates people with no high school diploma doesn't seem to be fond of computers. In both year only 15 and little more than 40 percent of individual own computers. The rate of computer ownership rises up as per the level of education. The highest percentage of students using computer are post graduate.
