The chart shows the number of mobile phones and landlines per 100 people in selected countries.

The chart provides information about the number of mobile phones and fixed line phones per 100 people in the different countries of North America and Europe. Overall, Italy had highest number of mobile phone while, Denmark has highest number of landline phones. There are more numbers of landline phones in the Canada and United States as compared to mobile phones, however in European countries the case is reverse there are more number of mobile phone than fixed line except Denmark. Landline phones in Canada and US are 62 and 68 respectively, while mobile phones are 38 and 48 respectively. Denmark has highest number of landline phones i. e. 87 and it has 81 mobile phones. Italy is highest in mobile phones i. e. 90 and lowest in landline i. e. 42. Moreover number of mobile phone in Germany, UK, and Sweden are 70, 85, and 88 respectively and fixed line phones are 60, 58, and 68 respectively.
