The bar graph illustrates the prevalence of the people in USA eating at fast-food restaurants over a period of 10 years. Overall, it is evident that the percentage of people consuming fast food once in a week was highest in 2003 and 2006 whereas in 2013, the highest proportion of people ate fast food once or twice in a month. The facts from the graph reveal the data that, in 2003, an upward trend was observed in the number of people avoiding junk food which reached its peak at nearly 31% when people ate fast food just once in a week. However, proportion of people defying junk food decreased, falling to just 5% of the populace never consuming it. In addition, 30% of the population who ate once or twice a month, further plummeted to approximately 17% eating a few times in a year. In 2006 and 2013, the data shows a rising trend in the number of people eschewing fast food reaching its peak at 37% in both years. However, a substantially falling trend can be seen with people preventing the consumption of junk food with only 4% of populace avoiding it completely.
