The chart showns the average of vietnamese students in america russia and france from 2000 to 2015

The chart compared the median rate of Vietnamese studying abroad in three countries from 2000 to 2015. Overall, whereas both France and Russia were more preferred by students in early 2000 than America and inconsistency grew after that, the figure of students studied in America grew steadily 5 times over the given period. The next 5 years showed a downward trend of the proposition of undergraduate studying in France and Russia approximately 2 millions, and continuously fell down 10 percent in Russia in the next 5 years, while France remained mostly unchanged. After 2010, meanwhile the figure of oversea scholars in France dramatically rose and reached the peak in 2015, the rate in Russia had a slight change of 10 percent but still could not reach the highest number at 2000. On the other hand, though America was less selected by undergraduate in 2000 than two other countries, It can be seen that the average number of scholars had merely increased 500 thousand in the first 5 years but lifted up to 1 millions next 5 years and reached the peak in 2015 with 5 million, double the number of students in Russia in the same term.
