The chart provides information about a problem in rural and urban areas of Australia which happened in the year 2012 on the rate of unemployment. All in all, the rate of unemployment in rural areas contributed more, whereas in urban areas the job opportunities were slightly more when compared to the former. In accordance with the first quarters of the year, initially it was 6. 5% and has a downward trend of 4% on the rate of unemployment, following this fashion, the chart represents a rise in jobless upto the third quarters of the year and again it rose sharply then fell slightly within that period. Along with some fluctuations, the graph went up a little and experienced a drop with 5% in the fourth quarters of the year. On the other hand, it is a well known truth that urban areas always contribute to a rise in job vacancies and thus remained lower in the unemployment rate when compared to the rural areas. Firstly starting with the rate of 2% in unemployment which then increased sharply upto 4% in the second quarters of the year. It then had fluctuations and despite the criteria that urban areas provide some job opportunities the unemployment rates rose markedly around 5% nearly meeting the situation as that was in urban areas.
