A glance at the graphs depicts that the public was the dominant factor attributed to the bank's complaints. It is also noteworthy that the year 2001 was the time observed the highest average months to approach the procedure while the opposite was true for the year 2004. Looking at the pie chart more closely, more than six in ten complaints derived from the public, which is much higher than other sectors.
