The bar chart illustrates data about how many places were visited by Canadian residents who were categorised into three categories: born in Canada, newly migrants born in English speaking nations and recent migrants born in other countries. Units are measured in percentage. Overall, it can be seen that the Cinema was the place that showed an upward trend for those who were born in Canada and for newly migrants born in English speaking nation, while the library was the place visited mostly by new migrants born in other countries. Looking at the detail, around 65% and 70% percentage of English speaking migrants and non migrants used to visit cinema respectively. Cinema was also the highly visited place among all other places. On the other hand around 35 % of migrants from non- English speaking countries visited zoo. Likewise around 42 % and 50% of English speaking migrants and non-migrants visited zoo. However, less percentage of Canadian residents from all three categories visited theatre which is around 25%, 20%and 10% respectively. More percentage of new migrants born in other countries used to visit Library rather than zoo which is approximately 55%. As new migrants from other countries who visited cinema was only 50%, in the same way less proportion of non-migrants and English speaking nation migrants visited library which is 40% and about 38%.
