Overall, it can be evidently seen that While the levels of choosing private house observed upward tendency during these years, houses, which are rented by people, underwent decreasing between 1918 and 2011. In terms of between 1918 and 1971 years, rented accommodation which was the lead in 1918, with 78%, was equal to owned ones, which was 22% in the initial year, by falling down 50%. The statistics of both them are equal to each other in 1971, with 50%. From 1971 onwards, the percent of owned house had risen by 2001, from 50% to 69%, with rented house experiencing downward trend, from 50% to 30%. Between 2001 and 2011, the statistics of first one had decreased by 62% and latter one had grown by 38%.
