The first aspect is the households in owned. In 1918, the percentage of households only 22% and reached 50% in 1971. The amounts of households owning accomodation continously increased since 1971 and reached 69% after 30 yeas. However, it slightly decreased into 67% in 2011.
The second aspect is the household in rented accomodation. In constrat with the first aspect, in 1918, the number of households rented acommodation holds the highest percentage in whole period with 77%. From time to time, it felt down to 32% in 2001 and marginally increased 3% more in 2011. In 1971, the percentage of households owned and rented acommodation reached the same amount, which were 50% of households.
