The pie chart illustrates how the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much. Overall, it is noticeable that highest amount of sodium is consumed in dinner, while sugar is the lowest of all. Other than that sugar is consumed in higher ratio than fat and sodium in snacks. In detail, there is no change in amount of saturated fat and added sugar for breakfast both have 16%, while sodium is slightly less than other nutrients. In terms of lunch sodium is 29% following with fat at 26% and later with sugar at 19%. A whole of 42% of sugar can be seen for snacks with a little amount of sodium in between of sugar and sodium, there is 21% fat included in the snacks. In dinner the maximum percentage is of sodium with 43% which is followed with fat at 37% and sugar with 23%.
