The chart below shows the amount of leisure time enjoyed by men and women of different employment status. Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information shown below. Leisure time in a typical week in hour- by sex and employment status, 1998-99.

The provided bar chart depicts the leisure hours based on gender and the status of employment in 1998-1999. At a glance, unemployed and retired spent more leisure time than the others. Meanwhile, men relaxed often than women except in part-time. To begin, full-time employments enjoyed more than 40 hours and slightly below 40 hours for male and female respectively. In another hand, only women needed 40 hours relaxation in part-time workers. However, unemployed and retired presented almost the same quantity at approximately 85 and 82 hours for men and just below 80 hours for women. These numbers were twice as much as that of employed. Finally, housewives spent 50 hours for relaxing, All in all, people who were worked in 1998-1999, spent much less time for having a holiday or enjoying entertainment rather than jobless people. Nevertheless, a contrasting scene happened on housewives which had the same leisure time with workers.
