The given bat graph illustrates data about the changes in average home prices in five states (New York, Spain, Japan, Germanyand The Unitedkingdom) from 1990 to 2002 and it compared with average household sales in 1989(in percentage). Overall, it is clear that house rate was sharply increased in New York, madrid and Tokyo while, other two countries experience declining of house rate. In 1990 to 1995 Germany took the lead and had the highest average rate of home (approximately 2%) which is closely followed by the Spain house rate at 1. 5%. The USA, The Uk, and japan was experiencing declining of house prices by 5 %, 7. 5 % of other two countries. In 1996 to 2002 the percentage of house rate of Spain was over tripal that of Germany which was only 1%. The figure for these house rose to 5% and around 11% in The USA and Japan respectively.
