The given two pie chart illustrates aboutcustomer service review of hotel parkway in two different years 2005 and 2010. Overall, it can be clearly seen that majority of visitors were satisfied with the service offered by hotel in 2005. Whereas, in year 2010, customer reviewed with good in questionnaires that asked visitors. To commence with, customer service review conducted in 2005 and around 45 percent of guest were satisfied with service offered by motel. Moreover, nearly around one- forth customer rated poor services and they dissatisfied with service. Additionally 15 perof guest had rated very poor. And, five percent and 14 percent of people marked as excellent and good with services. On the otherhand, in 2010, survey conducted by hotel again and surprisingly they observed 17 percent of people were only satisfied and this services had shown dissatisfaction around 28% as compared with 2005 reviewed. Furthermore, majority of customers were rated with good service mark almost 40%. Visitors who were rated the service quality as poor and very poor they were around 12 percent and 4 percent. However, this services improved as compared with 2005 customer review rate.
