The chart above displays changes in Eastminister over a decade. Overall, significant changes were made to the layout and infrastructure of Eastminister between 1999 and 2009. To the North-West, the woodlands were converted into an adventure park. The area accommodated by the houses to the left of the woodlands doubled. Since a new attraction was made the park to in the North-East was made smaller. Below the houses and between the main road there existed was a mansion with garden space, with a river to the left of it. The house was turned into a hotel with a golf course and a school was built between the hotel and the river. On the other side of the road, to the east, streets of houses were taken down to build apartment blocks. The public garden below this was taken over by some additional accommodation, factories and warehouses. The school building beside the Hospital was made bigger and turned into a shopping complex, which made the small shops move slightly up the road.
