the chart below show the comparison of different kind of energy production of French in 2 years DOop
The given two pie charts illustrate the proportion of five sorts of resources namely: coal, gas, petro, nuclear and other sources which were used for producing energy in Prance over a period of 10 years, starting from 1995.
Overall, it is clear that coal and gas were the most significant energy sources at any time. Collectively, they always accounted for over a half in the production chart. By contrast, the production of energy from nuclear, petro and other kinds of sources made up a very small percentage.
Coal and gas both experienced a marginal growth of about one percent from 1995 to 2005. To be more specific, in 1995, the energy produced by coal consisted of 29, 8 percent and then rose to 30, 93 in 2005. Likewise, gas was used for producing energy increased from 29, 63 percent to 30, 31 percent.
With regard to nuclear and other sources, they both show an upward trend during the recorded time. The percentage of energy production by nuclear and other sources increased by 3, 7 percent and 4, 2 percent respectively. Worth mentioning is petro was the only source that followed a sharp decrease of approximately 10 percent.
