The given line graph reveals the percentage of the car holding in Great Britain in the middle of 1961 and 2001. It is evident from the chart that people having two or more cars grow slowly with time whereas people with no car decline much. As well as single car owner demonstrated quite all around the time line. Coming to details, In 1961 more than 65% of the british did not own a car, this percentage of people reduced by 25% within 15 years. From 1975-76 the people with no car flat decreased and rested a 30% in 2001. In compare with 1961 none British people are 35% with individual owner of one automobiles. In 1961 none of the british owned multiple auto mobiles. The single car ownership followed a slow yet steadily growing trend and reached at 1980 where half of the british owned single automobiles. After 1981 the single car users percentage decreased and reached at slighty above 40% in 2001. In the first 1961-1971 and the third 1981-1991 decades, the multiple car ownership showed roughly 13% hike each, where as in the second and the last decades this ownership showed a little yet notable increase.
