The chart below show the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparison where relevant.

The pie graph compares the mean percentages of meal consumed from three nutrients sources sodium, saturated fat and added sugar in the USA. Overall, the percentages of sodium and saturated fat is mostly consumed in dinner, while the rate of added sugar is mainly taken in snacks period in the USA. Moreover, the US people tries to get much nutrients (sodium and saturated fat) from their lunch. The first chart shows that the mean number of sodium is mostly taken in dinner, which is 43%. In addition, the average percentages of sodium contained their food in lunch (29%), breakfast (14%) and snack (14%) respectively. On the other hand, the second graph describes that the saturated fat consumed mainly in dinner (37%) while the least nutrients is taken in breakfast (16%). The third pie chart illustrates the main sources of added sugar is taken in snacks (42%), however, the least is consumed in breakfast (16%). To sum, the US people take least saturated fat, sodium and added sugar in the time of breakfast, while they normally receipt sodium, and saturated fat nutrients in dinner except added sugar.
