The line graph compares three different countries the import amount of petroleum products in the span of 5 decades from 1960 to 2010. In 1960, India and Brazil were the largest importers of petroleum goods, bought around 3. 5 MMbbl in 1960. However, the number of petroleum imports in Brazil declined consistently in 2010, stood at 1. 5 MMbbl. Whereas in India, after 1960, buying of petroleum goods were increasing till 1980 by 5. 5 MMbbls and remain constant till a decade, then from 1990 until 2010, the figure decreased up to 3. 5 million barrels. In China, the Import of Petroleum products straightly and significantly rose from 1. 5 MMbbl in 19060 to 5. 5 MMbbl in 2000. Nevertheless, the figure dropped surprisingly by 2 MMbbl till the year 2010. Overall, it can clearly be seen, the imports of petroleum goods declined in all three countries by the end of the given period.
