The provided chart depict comparison housing prices in three different countries from 7 years period. Overall, all countries experienced fluctuation until they fell significantly in the last period. To begin with, in the first period around 1998 to 2001, house pricing in Britain decreased by 4% before it increase significantly to 17%. Different from Britain. Australia experienced wildly fluctuation until it ended up to 8% in 2001. Futhermore, USA slightly fall to 4% in 1999 before it rise constantly from 2000 to 2001. In the second period around 2002 to 2005. Britain get through significantly fall to 10% and increase by 17% before it fell again to 6% in the last period. Similar to Britain, Australia increase to 16% in 2002 and have constant price until it fell significantly by 15% in 2005. At last, USA had constant rise to 8% and increase again by 6%, and slightly fell to 13%.
