Consumption of Fruit and Vegetable variety on daily basis has grew impressively among Women reaching its peak in 2006 with about 40%, until 2007, the percentage begins to drop. The least percentage of women ate Fruit and Vegetable on daily basis is in 2001, which indicates less than 20%.
On the other hand, Men also consumed higher than Children did, highest consumption among Men within the given years is in 2006 and 2007 which accounted for more than 25%, and there’s a slight decrease in 2008. Men ate portion of Fruits and Vegetable less in 2001, 2002, and 2003, which shows slightly more than 15% within three years in raw. Moreover, Children always consumed less as shown on the Chart, as they consumed less than 15% on three consecutive years (2001, 2002 and 2003). Whereas they ate highest in 2006 and 2007, with more than 25%.
In conclusion, Women ate fruit and Vegetable higher than Men and Children. While men consume less than women do, but always higher than Children. The percentages are static at some points, but it is indicating a slight drop in the percentages across all the categories of People towards 2007 and 2008.
