They also held the top spot earnings for the next year with a slight increase followed by the same growth for the rest of the products category.
In 2015, petroleum products had the most earnings with $60 billion. Followed closely was engineered goods with $57 billion earnings. Gems and jewellery, agricultural products, and textiles are behind in number with $42, $31, and $26 billion respectively.
In 2016, there was a slight increase in earnings generally for the export products. The top earnings were still held by petroleum goods with a 3% growth in values. Engineered goods had the most growth in that period with an 8, 5% rise in values. Agricultural products and textiles also had a rise in number with a 0, 81% and a 15, 24% respectively. Gems and jewellery were the only product category that suffered a loss with a 5, 18% decline.
