The provided bar chart compares the percentage of students proficient in studying a new language of 6 different countries in the world. The survey was implemented base on sex and measured in percentage. It can obviously be seen from the chart that most females more exceed in learning a foreign language than males do, except Thailand. Especially, the women rate good at studying language in India accounts for the highest percent. According to the chart, the most proficient is witnessed in India. When 56% male students and approximately 70% females professional in using a foreign language. Romanian is the second position accounted for the large percent of the male and female proficiency rates, however, there was a noticeable disparity between the percentages of men and women respectively 42% and 64%.
