Overall, in three cities namely Sydney, Perth and Brisbane saw a significant growth during first six-year period, however in 2010 there was a noticeable decrease in all three cities.
Looking at the details, both in Sydney and in Brisbane witnessed a gradual increase between 2002 and 2004 ranging from 30 and 25 to around 40 and 30, respectively. Despite the past growth, in Sydney and Brisbane in 2010 the trends dropped to 35 and 30, in turn.
In terms of Perth and Adelaide, in Perth there was a stability at 25 over the first four-year period and then in the next two years there was a jump to 34.
