The bar chart provides us with the information about the students pursuing higher education in various countries in the year 2000, 2005, and 2010. Units are measured in percentage. Overall, it can be seen that the percentage of students in higher education increased in every other country over the 10 years except for Country B. To begin with, Country A started at 38% which increased over the years and accounted for 62% in 2010. Similarly, Country D also witnessed a substantial increase in the percent of people studying in higher educational institutes, from 64% in 2000 to 80% in the year 2010. Taking into account the other two countries, in the year 2000, Country C experienced a marginal rise in the proportion of youngsters studying in universities from 46% in the starting year to over a half at the end of the time period. Whereas, in Country C, there was a fluctuation in the percentage the number fell from 46% to 41% but then rose slightly by 2% in the final year.
