Overall, it can be seen that the percentage of students in higher education increased in every other country over the 10 years except for Country B. To begin with, Country A started at 38% which increased over the years and accounted for 62% in 2010. Similarly, Country D also witnessed a substantial increase in the percent of people studying in higher educational institutes, from 64% in 2000 to 80% in the year 2010. Taking into account the other two countries, in the year 2000, Country C experienced a marginal rise in the proportion of youngsters studying in universities from 46% in the starting year to over a half at the end of the time period. Whereas, in Country C, there was a fluctuation in the percentage the number fell from 46% to 41% but then rose slightly by 2% in the final year.
