The given bar chart shows how many individuals in the United Kingdom ate fruits and veggies 5 times each day from 2001 to 2008. The statistics were recorded in percent. Women had the largest proportion during the period between about 23 per cent in 2001 and a smaller per cent more than 30 per cent in 2005. This tendency has dropped to the 2005 figure by 2008 following a peak of 40% in the following year. Discussing about men, there was a strong reduction from 22% to 27% after 16% between 2001 and 2003, and a minor drop accompanied by an expiration of the lease, with 26%.
