The bar chart compared the amount of time(billion minutes)of three different types of telephone calls in the UK throughout the years from 1995 to 2000. Overall, the most popular type of telephone calls was local-fixed line over the whole period, on the contrary, calling by mobiles remained the least popular type. From 1995 to 1998, local-fixed line increased steadily which stood at 72 billion minutes and reached to slightly less than 90 billion. After an insignificant rise at 90 billion minutes in 1999, it had a gradual decrease to that of 1995. National and international-fixed line surged gently from approximately 38 billion minutes in 1995 to a little higher than 60 billion at tge end of the period. Inspite of considerable rise in calling by mobiles, it stayed the least common kind of telephone calls which started at about 3 billion minutes in 1995, growed gently to just under 10 billion in 1998. Then it increased sharply in 1999 fron around 14 billion minutes and then skyrocketed to 45 billion in the end
