The bar chart illustrater the proportion of owned and rented house in the UK and wales fram 10 to 2011 After analyzing, it can be seen clearly that, the ratio of owned house was approximately 20% in 1918, and they remain constant for next two years from 1939 to 1953 respectively. In 1961, it a steady growth about 40%, while, the percentage of owned and rented the house were same in 1971. However, the figure experienced a steady growth in next three years. It rose to 60% in 1981 and nearly 70% in 1991 and 2001 respectively, and hitting a low point of about 65% in 2011. The chart further collate that rented house was at highest about 80% in 1918. Whereas, it shows a steady growth in next two years from 1939 and 1953 respectively but, it depicts gradual decrease approximately about 60% in 1961 and continued to decline steadily to the next four years from 1971 to 2001 respectively. Whereas, it shows a slight increase in the tenants ratio about 35% in 2011. Overall, the owned house shows an upward trend, whilst, tenants households shows a downward trend during the period. Both houses accommodation had some fluctuations.
