After analyzing, it can be seen clearly that, the ratio of owned house was approximately 20% in 1918, and they remain constant for next two years from 1939 to 1953 respectively. In 1961, it a steady growth about 40%, while, the percentage of owned and rented the house were same in 1971. However, the figure experienced a steady growth in next three years. It rose to 60% in 1981 and nearly 70% in 1991 and 2001 respectively, and hitting a low point of about 65% in 2011.
The chart further collate that rented house was at highest about 80% in 1918.
