Overall, six age groups can be seen. The highest percentage of doing these activities in men belonged to the teenagers and youngsters, whereas, middle-aged women did exercises more than other ages.
To begin with, the rate of men’s activities began from 52. 8% from 15-24, which is the highest percentage and this number decreased considerably to almost 42% from 25-34 years and about 39% from 35-44 years. However, this number increased gradually to almost 43% from 45-54 years and 45% from 55-65 years. Finally, it reached approximately 47% for more than 65 years.
On the other hand, this number for women started from almost 48% between 15-24 years and it went up moderately to almost 49% and 52% from 25-34 years and 34-44 years, respectively. Also, it peaked at 53% for 45-54 years and remained steadily for the next age group, whilst it fell to about 47% for more than 65 years.
