However, between 2007 and 2009 the number of houses built per year in Derby jumped from nearly 100 to just under 350. As for the city of Nottingham, there were 3 minimums in 2002, 2006 and 2008 with fewer less than 20 new houses per year, and the absolute maximum of 250 was in 2009.
